Worth several pictures even if the inside is closed. The inside itself is a marvelous high circular expanse of red brick. It's located next to the super modern City Hall so it's a two for one-er and makes an interesting photographic contrast.

Fresno, in my opinion destroyed too much of the old sections of Fresno and were prepared to destroy this magnificat gem of Old Fresno. Fortunately ffrom the efforts of many fine folks, this old water tower was saved and is a look at old history....More

What a neat little place. You don't realize how big it is until you go in and get a chance to see the displays and the amazing brick work. So glad this was preserved.
