It's not the largest zoo, but great for a toddler. They have bears, tigers, mountain lions, wolves, and some other animals.

Really enjoyable, clean, fun, the animals are not miles away so the views are decent. Definitely worth a visit!

The Folsom Zoo is a zoo and sanctuary located in Folsom, CA. It is very well kept zoo and great for little kids. Many animals were absent today, not sue here the were. The two bears were wonderful. You must make a reservation, wear a mask and practice social distancing. After a visit to the zoo, there is a playground for kids along with picnic tables and benches. Unfortunately there were some homeless who were off their meds and acting crazy... very sad.

We had a nice day at the zoo great to see it back open. The bears put on a good show playing in the water.

This is a nice little zoo that is an affordable alternative to other large zoos in Northern Cal. It is small, but has a decent number of animals and exhibits mainly directed toward young children. There is a cute park right outside the entrance as well. Overall a very good value.
