We arrived at the ranch for a stop on our way to Eilat. i would guess it's what most of the people do. it serves as a nice stop over.
The admission is a bit pricey and the so called ranch is without any interesting things to do. there are a few animals in pens, and some herbivores roaming about. nothing else.

i would recommend it, if you happen to be in the area, and have nothing better to do...

Today we decided to visit the Antelope farm because they hosted a Thai food catering.
I was amazed of how the Arava, belonging to the Negev, this wonderful desert in which we live, has developed since the last time I visited there.
At the Antelope farm there is a small "safarie" area' cabins a small zoo and water basins with thermal water from local drillings. The camping and village where clean and organized, there was a new pond with a waterfall and the small children-pool with resting areas of green lawn, the wonderful relaxed atmosphere was noticed also by my guest"s 6 year old son who suggested that next time they come to the Arava he would like to overnight here instead of my place. OK. I am not insulted. Slowly but surely the Arava desert is developing to be the destination for travelers and tourists who are appreciating mother nature and the small attractions the residents of the remote area open with lots of love in order to make their living.
If you meet one of the owners family - ask them about their discovery of DENSITY. I enjoyed big time.

The animals are also clearly treated well, unlike in many other places where you can see animals in Israel. The staff was lovely and helpful. Could not ask for more!

We went with a 7 year old and a four year old --- the ranch was accessible, with lots of attractions for children. Definitely worth a visit, and the staff was very informative and friendly. Good coffee too!

Stayed here with my family one night going from the Dead Sea to Eilat. The cabins are really nice, have air conditioning. We loved the pool. The staff is very friendly. Definitely a great place to stop to experience the desert in Arava.

We stayed here 2 families - camping. The facilities are good and kept well ( clean and tidy) the activities in the farm are great too and keep the kids busy.

I would add more toilets and showers for those busy times but on the whole would recommend and come again.
