My husband & I did the factory tour. This is a self guided tour & is handicap accessible as well as stroller accessible. You can take pictures throughout the tour & they have lots of pictures made from jelly beans. The one thing I would suggest is that if you are there when production is underway & you have little... We did the tour on a Monday and we got there by 9:15, so it wasn't very crowded. It's a free self-guided tour, you walk along a glass hallway that overlooks the factory. There are several places along the way where you stop to watch a video about what's going on in that particular part of the factory. The tour... More

This attraction is open every day but what they fail to tell you is that the operation in not always in production. So, our Sunday tour was a dud! Consisted of looking down over an inactive factory. All this place is good for is the store. No fun interactive events for a 4 year old or even a playground. We... More

Really interesting place to get an insight into how the jelly beans are made, factory tour had interactive things to do and in the shop you can try 3 flavors at the sample counter, the shop prices are much cheaper than the UK, all in all a good place to spend a few hours.

There's a lot o fun to had here at the Jelly Belly Factory! The tour is noteworthy with free treats. There are times when the Bush Clydales are there to see and visit. It's a must for a family looking for something sweet to do!

On our way from San Francisco to Sacramento we stopped in Jelly Belly factory. Fairfield is located halfway between the two cities and our daughters (14, 20) liked the idea of the tour. We arrived on Thursday (note that there is no production on weekends). After a short drive from highway 80 we arrived to a large and convenient parking... More

The tour was great! The interactive stations along the way were fun to do and the grands loved it! It's self guided so you can take as long as you like and really see how its done. It was actually fun to watch the jellybeans travel down the lines. The jellybean artwork was amazing!

Travelled all the way from the UK and due to traffic jam we arrived 16:03. The last tour was at 16:00 and they wouldn't even CONSIDER to let us on. Needless to say, went too impressed (distinct uncaring + they were too busy chatting with each other). Prices looking at the shop were expensive (cheaper to buy identical sweets at... More

We visited on a Saturday and found out there is no production going on. So it's a tour of a non running factory. The gift shop was fabulous and the free samples were fun.
