This huge Pottery and Ceramics shop and factory is owned and operated by the Savvas family; very nice and friendly people making you feel joy in checking every corner of the shop filled with unique and very beautiful pottery and ceramics items. The factory behind the shop is open to visitors; you can see how these genuine handicrafts are made.

We stopped here as part of a cruise shore excursion and ended up being impressed. This is a family owned business passing on the pottery tradition to future generations. We received a quick pottery demonstration that was amazing and then browsed through the shop to find unique items to purchase. Many are replicas of ancient pottery forms. They ship too for 80 euros to the US.

Savvas Ceramics is a nice shop along the road with super friendly owners. They can show you how things are made, explains the process and can even do custom work. "If you have time to wait" Beautiful art work done right there at the factory, it's a must see and more personal to buy from the people who make it rather than just another Ceramic from another store.

In the factory you see how pots are made. Meet the friendly owner and get to know the secrets of pottery making. In the shop there is a large collection of pots and cups. Visiting this charming factory and shop was one of the top moments during our holiday.

All hand made ceramics. Will do custom work and ship internationally. They package their merchandise better than anyone anywhere.

We called here a part of excursion & had a demonstration of a pot being made by hand & saw the kiln where they fire them. We saw the ladies hand painting them. It is a family run business and they make traditional Rhodes pottery in the traditional way. The shop had lots of lovely things to purchase from something small to larger items, they were reasonably priced and good to know that they were genuine hand made as buying them direct from family who make them. There were toilets there which was great as our next stop was Lindos.

With two entrances this massive shop holds every conceivable locally made ceramic souvenir of Lindos and wider Rhodes. Ranging from fridge magnets to giant urns. There is also a fine selection of glass ornaments and hanging mobiles. I could have walked around for hours but would still have been spoilt for choice. A wonderful shop to visit away from the crowded streets..
