This was the only sandy beach we found on Leros. Very wide with shallow water. Free sunbed, just buy a drink. 3km walk from Alinda, not too difficult to do. A lovely taverna for lunch, sadly can't remember the name! but will post a photo.

A lovely wide bay with sandy beach and gentley shelving water making it ideal for children. Plenty of sunbeds with or without umbrella, free to use, or shady spots under the trees. Waiter service for a nice cold drink and even a little changing hut. Well worth a visit. Lovely relaxing lunch at taverna Gournas. …

Big beach with shallow water, ideal for kids and families. In some parts it is organized but there are also some small trees that you can lie down. There are some restaurants and cafes up to the beach.

There is a cafe close that brings you anything you need on the beach with free umbrellas and sunbeds.
