The Brown Bears' Sanctuary is an enclosed area where rescued bears will spend the rest of their lives, one kilometer of the south part of the village Nymfaion, with elevation 1350 meters. The area is around 12 acres long, inside a natural forest of beech, that comprises a typical habitats for the bears.

We were very lucky to see 5 bears! The guides had great knowledge to share and were very eager to answer everybody's questions. Beautiful shop and merchandise. The sister wolf sanctuary was not so impressive although we were lucky enough to spot one wolf

That sounds ok. We'are always open at this time of the year. The tours are done in english when there are foreign visitors :)

It's easy to get a taxi to our Sanctuary from Amyntaio. Better take it from there rather than Florina
