Seagrove Park is usually only known by the locals, great place to walk, picnic, enjoy the sunsets or just sit and contemplate at any time of day. Lots of great restaurants close by...perhaps do take-out and eat in the park under the Torrey Pines or on the beach, for FREE!

I hate to share my local spot because it will just be that much busier, but Del Mar is the bomb and this little gem is a cool place to hang out. Especially in the summer.

We stay next to this park in a time share. It is a terrific place to watch the sunset. Actually it is the best public place in Del Mar to watch the sunset. There are many events and weddings at the park because it is so beautiful. There is a path leading down to a wonderful public beach. Our teenage... More

A park is a park but add loads of unseen (water) creatures to catch, combined with beautiful weather and the ocean waves and you have the perfect vacation for a Pokemon Go enthusiast. Went over Labor Day weekend and I was impressed that the park wasn't as crowded as most usually are on holidays. There's a Starbucks around the corner... More

Surfers out quite a bit for additional entertainment. There are a lot of dog lovers in the park and they clean up and maintain the park very well.

This is a nice, clean park with a view of the ocean and is great for having a picnic, walking (dogs okay), or just relaxing (there are some benches).

What can one say about this place North of San Diego at Del Mar Beach. The ocean is pristine. The beach is so clean, no trash. Just waves and surfers and volley ball. It is so breathtaking to look out at the ocean. Great restaurants to enjoy all within walking distance.

This is a beautiful park that has plenty of parking and a great play area for kids. The beach is nice and a great place for a picnic or just a walk on the shore.

Great location, easy parking, very clean, pristine grass lawn and sandy pet friendly beach, Best spot in Del Mar to relax for the day. Excellent food venues nearby, bike & surf board shops, and/or BYOB at sunset!
