We arrived when they opened planning to spend a couple of hours there. Upon entry, they gave a quick instruction about what to do and not to do with appropriate warnings for interacting with birds (remember, they do have minds of their own). At first look, we thought we wouldn't be there that long. They kept bringing out birds and... More

This was my sons idea and I am so glad we went. The interaction with these birds was so much fun. The people taking care of them are so knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Highly recommended!

The conservation of parrots is so needed and the folks at Free Flight are doing a fantastic job of educating and raising public awareness. Loved talking with the staff about the parrots at Free Flight! Had several very interesting interactions with some of the macaws and cockatoos. Love this place. Will definitely be coming back regularly!

I took the grandkids, ages 8 and 12, to this site. We absolutely enjoyed looking at the approximately 30 birds of varying species. as well as koi. There are many you are allowed to pet, and some you can hold. You can buy food for the birds and/or fish. The birds get chopped up fruits and veggies, and it was... More

Great to interact and touch exotic birds that have been rescued. Just be careful some of the birds can bites.

Took daughter here prior to flying home. Cost is $5.00/person and if all goes well, you can hold a parrot on your hand.

Great place to spend some time and help out some birds in need. $5 gets you in, and gives you as long as you want to walk around and interact with many exotic birds, which will climb off their perches and onto your arms. All the money goes to the care of these birds, as most are rescues or surrenders.... More

Having a few extra hours one morning, we decided to stop at Free Flight based on the positive reviews. This place was smaller and more intimate than we imagined. At Free Flight, they "adopt" exotic birds whose owners have given them up for various reasons. Some may have behavioral issues, some have been sick, etc. They also take in birds... More

If you're a bird lover you'll enjoy stopping by Free Flight. One can visit, pet, and feed a myriad of gorgeous birds. What more could you ask for for a mere 5 dollars? Bring your camera, as some of the birds will actually pose for you. :D
