Doheny State Beach is a long beach with terrific coastline views. There are numerous restrooms, picnic tables, and barbecues along the beach, as well as volleyball courts. There are also numerous life guard watch towers. Parking is expensive, but convenient.

This beach was clean, had picnic tables, BBQ grills, volleyball nets, bathrooms and a snack bar. It was very clean and the other people in the park were considerate of others, making it a pleasant experience.

Each Campsite has it's own raised steel circular ring with a cooking grate that takes up 1/3 on top opening. You can burn wood inside the ring for a camp fire or for cooking.
