My original booking was for 3:00 pm. When I got there, they said the wind wa too strong and cancelled our parasail. So,I rebooked for 11:00am the next week because the wind should not be too strong at that time in July. Luckily I’m local so it didn’t matter. The crew is super professional and pleasant. I felt extremely safe and in good hands. The captain was an expert at maneuvering. It is a truly great experience and I highly recommend this company if you are going parasailing!!

Christopher and Jacob were very professional. Christopher prepared me and my young daughter by explaining that perception of altitude is totally 👌 over the ocean not nearly as scary as over a building. They provided a Very special boat and equipment. For just $30 we got a digital card with pictures of us. One of a kind experience !

My husband and I booked the morning of and were able to schedule our session for 2 pm. We were called shortly after and were advised that the wind forecast was not looking too good but if we wanted to go earlier at noon or 1 o’clock we could change our reservation. The staff was very friendly at check in as well as during our trip! We hired Jacob the photographer to take our pics and he provided us with an SD card With our pictures for $30. He captured awesome shots! The owner/driver was very knowledgeable and made our trip so fun! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an adventure when in San Diego! Best time of our entire trip!

Overall, it was a fun experience. We had a good time with them.
However, there were a few experiences that were negative. First, they do NOT disinfect the boat (seats and handles) between trips. They didn't wipe anything down before our trip or after our trip. Also, the crews did not wear masks during this trip at all. It seemed odd why they would ignore this simple safety protocol during COVID pandemic.
Second, they will charge you extra 10% "tax" for using a credit card without telling you (they don't offer a receipt--I should have asked) . We decided to purchase a photo package for $30. Once I got home, I noticed that they charged $33 on my credit card. When I called to ask, they said it was a tax, which does not make sense (Sales tax in Orange County is not 10%). I wished it was communicated properly before we made a transaction. Usually, a reliable establishment will tell you upfront that there will be extra charge if you use a credit card.

We were impressed with every single part of this experience. We showed up early and were able to go early. The check in process was fast and simple, even for six of us, including two 9 year old boys. That day the seas were really bumpy, but the captain really minimized our discomfort. Of course, the parasailing was amazing! The crew was relaxed but efficient, and we all felt safe. Definitely go for the photo package, it is completely worth it! I couldn't recommend them enough!

We had a great time parasailing. The boat was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is it is very short for the amount of money you pay. We parked our car at 1:30pm to check in for our 2pm appt. We were with one other family (so two sails total). We were completely done and back to our car by 2:30pm. The cost is $95 per person. I was disappointed by that. Otherwise, great experience.

Dana Point Parasail was amazing! Super friendly, accommodating and engaging. Our kids ages ranged from 9-14 years old. While a few were nervous or scared, they did a great job making them feel comfortable and they all got to experience it. They all wanted to fly again!

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this trip. Online booking was super quick and informative. The directions they provided for locating the boat made it incredibly easy to find them. The dock is in a cute little area with a couple of restaurants and a little place that has coffee drinks and a bunch of on-the-go snacks. The crew was really chill and funny. They were also nice; there was a couple that showed up late and the captain waited for them and made a significant effort to get them there. There were 10 people in total on the boat, 8 guests and 2 crew. The ride was smooth and they got the first group up in the air pretty quickly. I think you spend roughly 10 minutes in the air but it feels like it’s longer than that. It’s only the second time I’ve parasailed and it was still a wild experience. We felt safe the whole time and enjoyed the heck out of it. They took photos of us while we were up and those were nice to have. My mom has posted almost every single one of Facebook lol. I took her parasailing for the first time on her birthday last year so I figured we’d make a tradition out of it and do it at a new spot every year. I can now check Orange County off the list. Highly recommend this crew and parasailing experience! p.s. this is a service do don’t forget that tip ❤️

Parasailing was on my bucket list. Chris (The captain) was the nicest, personable, and calming person I’ve met in a long time. He chatted while explaining everything that was going to happen, and what we(I had my nephew go with me) needed to do. It was a breathtaking view, and we had the best time ever!! I’m from Illinois, but I will definitely be going back to see him, bring others, and recommend anyone who is in this part of California to go see Chris and his crew for the best experience.

We had a lot of fun with Chris and his team on Saturday. Very professional, and easy to book online. Check in process was easy as well. I would highly recommend when visiting Dana Point. Plus, for $30 you get a ton of pictures of your experience (Definitely purchase the pics).
