nothing special about this place. It's where you go for a massage... have had better than the two times I went. and the price was kinda high here.

I been to Message Envy alot of times.This location is new to me so I thought Id check it out.You get the Spa experience for sure but the problem is there pricing.When they first came out they had a ll these 39 and 49 dollar specials, then next time unless your a member the price doubles.That is alright if thats what you agreed to.My family buys me like 100 or 150 gift cards so I can get a message and facial and I still have to come out of pocket for expenses,That take away the fun.I can go on Groupon and get the whole experience cheaper.

Went in with Bday gift card for a facial with Carrie..As soon as I met her I could tell she was very unhappy negative woman.I thought I give her a chance but her touch was so rough & she talked whole time..Mostly about how much she "hates" working for Massage Envy".The pay is crap in her words & to be honest u get what u pay for.I could tell she wasn't experienced in anti-aging treatments.I actually felt bad for her she wears a frown & I could tell she is very unhappy person..If u go Please Don't Get Her..U will regret it..

Was member for 5 years and finally canceled it . They consistently loose good therapists . Had not had a good massage in 6 months and for fed up. They take 10 mins out at beginning and 10 muintues at end so these 60 minute messages are really 40. also they do not have any deep tissue thts worth any praise. If you specialize in massage you should at leat provide medium or deep presure.
No consitencly no quality Chain style place is a joke now. same problems in several locations
Also also frequented AZ locations they were worse . In AZ they told my wife to take off her undergarments for better message. Really not appropriate.
My brother and sister also had to cancel member ship in CA for same complaints of bad deep tissue.
also never have appointment slots open except for 2-3 weeks in advance but often have 3 or 4 emplyees at front desk.
do not be a member since quality is not there. I liked the prices I like the facials and can say the place is very clean!!
Will not go back too bad use to be my favorite place not its about profit.
One my favorite therapist quite and said i cant work full time for $17 a year!!!

The staff and massages are terrific at this location in Cypress. Very warm, welcoming, and accommodating to your needs each time I visit (monthly) Highly recommend the skilled, responsive, and kind therapists.

If a one-hour massage if what you've experienced in the past, you should consider a two-hour massage at Massage Envy in Cypress.
From the greetings at the door, to the calm waiting room sans fish aquarium, to the comfortable rooms and professional therapists, the time is well spent to improve your well-being.

The employees are not happy here and there was an investigation into one of the therapist last year. lot's of the massages go for 50 minutes from the "one hour" massage and start a little late too

I went to Massage Envy in West Ashley (Charleston, s.c.) because I needed a massage and facial after weeks in the RV. I was really surprised at the excellent quality of the services esp. for the price. My massage by Joseph was especially relaxing and therapeutic for my injured knee. Facialist was professional and good products were used. I'll check them out in other cities I travel to.
