We came here to hike the Steven’s Creek Canyon Trail – which is a large loop using the Steven’s Creek Tony Look Trail, Lookout Trail, Vista Loop Trail, Fern Trail and Coyote Ridge Trail. The hike is beautiful with constantly changing scenery. You get a great view of the reservoir along quite a bit of the trail. The hike is moderate and we passed a number of people who were clearly challenged by the hike. Be sure to bring a mask as the trail is narrow most of the way, with people walking in both directions. Steven’s Creek County Park itself has a number of great places for a picnic or just to sit and relax. There are restrooms at the lower level parking lot and if you hike the above trail, there is a restroom about half way, I believe at the ‘Stevens Creek Tony Look Trail Head’ off of Stevens Canyon Road. We have been to the reservoir area of Stevens Creek County Park. This time we went to the Upper sectio which is off of Skyline Boulevard. Its a good area for hiking and views.

I went there and thought that I would go for a walk in the park but it turned out to be a hike into the mountains. I wasn’t easy but it was worth. I would definitely do it again.
