Lake Gregory stands amid a cool cedar and pine forest in the San Bernardino Mountains. But don’t let the pastoral setting fool you - the park teems with activity throughout the year as nature lovers converge for a wide range of recreational activities.People flock to Lake Gregory to enjoy its cool 84-acres of surface area for swimming and water sports. Each August, a 2,500-year-old Chinese tradition comes alive at Lake Gregory in the form of Dragon Boat Races. The elongated canoes seat 12 to 20 people, and a drummer beats a cadence to set a pace for the paddlers.Other activities include a fitness trail with exercise stations, picnic areas with barbecue grills, fishing, a skate park and model boat area. Four-legged friends are welcome at Lake Gregory’s dog park. The park lodge is available for events ranging from weddings to company parties.

This regional park is often passed over for the more well known and glamorous Lake Arrowhead and it's pricey village. Here there is definitely a more laid-back, small town feel. Stop by the Stockade for taco Tuesday or their weekend BBQ fare. During the summer the kids can enjoy the water slide, fishing, and lake rentals. In the winter bald... More

This is a great area to hang out, picnic, walk, fish, run, hike, etc.. There are ducks, and other wildlife to view.. They stock the lake with trout.. Mud hens, mallards and other waterfowl are in the lake. Don't feed the wildlife.

Very nice place for our daily hour walk. I noticed the altitude this time. You are about five thousand ft. Very nice park and not too crowded this time of year.

The lake is great if you want to visit a small lake, but if there is an issue and you go to management, don't expect them to follow through. Many calls were made to try to resolve the issue and they just stopped responding. Instead of saying it is not their problem (which it absolutely was) they just ignore their... More

Splash Island waterpark is amazing! Plenty of things to do in the water at Lake Gregory. There's something for everyone. Some of the reviews on here are pretty funny. Lakes are muddy at the bottom because it's a lake, not a pool. And your car won't be towed if you actually pay for the parking.

We live one street from Lake Gregory, we can almost see it from our deck except the trees are in the way. It's a five minute walk down the street to the walking trail and dog park. Our dogs just love to walk by the lake, and play at the dog park. It's 2.5 miles around the lake, too far... More

The lake activities are well laid out. There are giant inflatables for kids to jump around on and a separate area for those just interested in swimming. There is a lot of beach space to relax and enjoy the cooler weather in the mountains. Some parts of the lake are shallow and good for wading and there are also plenty... More

Loved Lake Gregory so much we hiked it every day we were there, even made the trip twice in one day to see the classic car show while we were there.

Its a great area to spend a few hours or the whole day. They have a lot of activities for all ages. A small "water park" if you will, hiking, kayaking, fishing... We have gone up a few times this summer and the weather has been great. We take our dog up with us to do the fitness trail. She... More

I've been coming to this lake off and on for many years. Since new management took over this year, a lot of great improvements. Management told me they will be dredging the lake in October so the bottom of the lake on the one side isn't mushy. Splash island, water slide, paddle boards, weather bikes, water park for little ones,... More
