We visited the Fluviario with family and friends, we had a friendly welcome, and spend a good time watching the fish and in the kids room!

It may be the biggest in Europe but it is not that big. You can see fish and other animals from rivers and lakes. There are also amfibians and a few exsotic animals (anaconda). A little bit overpriced (7 €).

It is small but quite interesting. Well organized, gives a good overview of river fishes and other animals. The surrounding area is well taken care of. Near by there is also a wooden track along the river which provides nice views.

Remarkable place featuring such unexpected water and water related features and animals in the middle of Alentejo. Worth going, kids should love it and great restaurants around to sample local food.

A lovely experience, for a family with kids. Fluviário offers you the possibility to understand a river and all the stages it goes through until it reaches the sea. Good explanations, clear and concise.

Quite an investment and well done but after such an effort there is an urgent need to maintain the place. There is a need to be with better signs and more clean! Places like cannot and shouldnt be without a constant care.
