This is a small gym but they've done some upgrading since the last time I've been here. The bathrooms/showers are new and I think the fitness area has been upgraded. There's enough climbing/bouldering to get a good workout, especially with the auto-belay devices; they make it easy to do laps. There is a lead area also. Note that the gym does not allow the use of gri gri's; a bit odd, I think, since as a belay assist device, they should make it safer. Of note, all the staff are friendly and helpful and make the gym a welcoming place.

Went here on a date....It was fun! There were little kids climbing all the way to experts scaling the walls. It was our first time, no experience climbing at all. I recommend getting the climbing shoes! You don't have to use them but I don't think I could have done it without them. There are locker rooms with showers and they are very very clean and nice! Almost spa quality. The gym looked a little smaller than I expected based off the web photos. It wasn't too crowded but if it was I'm sure we would have had to wait to climb certain walls. You can climb solo with the auto belays. But there is a lot to do and although it doesn't look like it...It's a workout. It's challenging and fun, involves the brain and the muscles! I only dealt with one person while here so I can't say how their customer service is in general but I will say WE LOVED TYLER!!! He made the experience so much better. So nice, informative and encouraging! He knew all the right techniques so if we were stuck he easily talked us through till we reached the top. Never made us feel like newbies even though the 7 year olds kept passing us up! Can't say enough about him, he went out of his way to help! And it was a nice surprise, there was a small gym with free weights, dumbbells, machines, yoga Mats, treadmill, elliptical, etc. There's a party area for birthdays also. One plus is you pay once but can come back anytime that day. So you can climb, grab lunch come back and workout or climb again. Only bad thing was they close early on the weekends at 6pm.

I had some good time practicing my climbing skill here. Enjoy the place a lot compare to the other gym I've been too since they have auto belay here, great for solo climber. They also have top rope, lead climb, and bouldering. However their grading is a bit difficult and the holds are all worn out. The price is pretty ok considering their facility. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

I don't know why we haven't visited sooner. We've lived down the street for almost seven years now and we've only visited recently. My older son decided he wanted to try out rockclimbing and took a class here and was instantly hooked. The staff here is really great. They're friendly, make an effort to get to know your name, and go out of their way to help you learn. On just about all the classes, the instructors have stayed with my son for some additional one-on-one instruction helping him out and making recommendations. If you're looking for something a bit different on your vacation or you're just around town, give this a try! They also do birthday parties and have an exercise room with weights and such. Parking can be a challenge as their lot is on the small side but there is also plenty of street parking. This is a great facility with great staff.
