Wonderful musical theater on Coronado Island

Went to see American Rhythm musical - loads of dance and music from early 1900s thru 2015. Great talent and nice staging. The theater is ideally located in the center of Coronado... read more

If your looking for something to do for entertainment when in Coronado and like the arts and want to support local theater check out Lambs theater. We have never been disappointed. We have seen a few shows over the years while in Coronado The actors have always done a great job in my opinion and such a nice group of... More

This theater was built in 1927 on Coronado. It is in a nice area surrounded by shops and restaurants. The cute little café just inside will take reservations and preorders for intermission so you are not waiting in a long line. And they also put a small snack stand just outside the door at intermission for those who want a... More

Went to see American Rhythm musical - loads of dance and music from early 1900s thru 2015. Great talent and nice staging. The theater is ideally located in the center of Coronado Village. Small theater with about 350 seats. Every seat has a good view of the stage -- except for the last four rows on left and right of... More

My wife and I have been to The Lamb's Players Theatre several times to see musical productions. The seats are very close to the stage and it makes for a good live musical experience. There is a small café next door for food and drinks before the production or during the intermission. Be sure to arrive early because parking on... More

I've been a long term subscriber to Lambs. They continue to present high quality theatre with comedies, musicals and dramas from vintage to cutting edge. The house players are supremely talented with superb voices. The staging can be breathtaking given the small size of the venue which generates a wonderful intimacy with actors and action. If you find yourself in... More

I found the theater comfortably small and intimate. Almost all seats appeared to be good. Sound was good. It's suits Coronado's small island inviting downtown . Near lots of shops and restaurants . Would visit again.

Once again we were not disappointed with the performance at the Lambs Theatre. The selection of "American Rhythm" a musical journey through 100 years of music was amazing. The songs, the dances, it was OUTSTANDING. I especially loved the early music. The Lamb's Theatre has done it again. Thank you for keeping music alive.

This not a negative title, just an encouragement to experience LIVE theatre. So enjoyed the experience. The play, Dinner with Marlene was a premiere, and very refreshing. A historical fictitious account of a dinner that took place in Paris 1937. The theatre is in an intimate space and my husband believed cramped, I am more accepting of the seating so... More
