We have been to Skull Canyon a few times to enjoy their ropes course and have had a blast. You can't beat the amount of time you get to spend on the course for the money you pay. Sixty minutes for $30 is a great deal for a two-level course. They hope to add on the third level within the next year. Yesterday, we upped our game and decided to experience their original zip lining course. My son doesn't quite meet the weight requirement yet to do the extreme course. But trust me, once he hits a 100 lbs we will be there! Our guides James and Dillon where awesome. They made the trip fun and enjoyable with all their really bad dad jokes and the different "challenges" given on the different lines. LOL. You can tell they have worked together for a while because they did a great job playing off of each other and interacting with everyone in our little group. They do require reservations so make sure you reserve and pay online before heading up.

A good intro to my wife and two boys (10 & 11) to zip lining everyone had a great time. After a short demo and zip on a practice line there was a short truck ride then about a 10 minutes hike on dirt, over rocks and to the first line. Lots of fun and great guides. Very controlled and safe. Kids want to go on the advanced lines now. There are 6 lines for the original course and the circuit through the trees and to various surrounding plateaus take you around to the base area.
The boys did the sky obstacle course as well which they loved.
Check this place out as the next closest zip lines are in big bear.

This place is off the hook. Wonderful staff and just a great place for a few hours of outdoor fun. I've completed all three courses and had time to explore the Sky Gym. Just good, safe and clean fun. I recommend starting with the extreme course which offers a lot more than the original course for just a few more bucks. Find your black diamond and have fun!

The whole experience was amazing despite it being a little windy and cold the day I went which was also my birthday.

Eyrn, Chris and Dylan they were top-tier / awesome from their sense of humor with the jokes to being just
super professional making sure everyone was ok & comfortable but it doesn’t stop there the staff as a whole in general was on point lol.

I definitely would recommend going if you don’t mind the drive depending on we’re your driving from because it’s so worth it…. fyi I did the extreme course.

I want to highlight that i was accommodated even when i made the mistake !! I am so greatful that i was able to zip line .
Story time :
I was visiting from northern Cali and accidentally booked my group ride for the 30th of April instead of the 25 (day we were at the park) . I was totally mad at my self . I sat down with my group trying to figure out where we can go next instead of going home . The host came over and offers us the Speed race line , even though she didn’t even have a appt for us. She went out her way to get us on the zip line and i greatly appreciate.

The staff are incredible and so kind and helpful. Our guides were particularly very funny (Michael and forget the other guy’s name but they are all great!)

Their tours book up, so definitely book well in advance. We did both the speed run and the sky gym as we had kids and that’s the only thing is they can do as they are under 100 pounds and under 5 feet, but it was still a great 1.5 hours.

I’m going to come back for that longer zip lines by myself or with friends

We took a church youth group to do the Speed Run zip-lining last Saturday. Most of the youth had never been before, and some were a little nervous. However, the guides made it so fun and were very professional. They explained all of the safety information in a way that calmed the anxious girls down. I was also so impressed with how easy it was to book and rebook (change one person out for another). We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Skull Canyon! Also, last summer I took my son and his friend to do the Sky Gym and they really enjoyed it too..so much to do here!

We had an incredible time. Great to go if you have never zip lined before you literally just jump on and let go. We had Anthony and Cruz as our guides who were fantastic and were practically stand up comedians we were all laughing so hard. Very punny guys . Great way to see all the breathtaking poppies in bloom

This was one of the best experiences my husband and I have had in a long time. We went during the super bloom on purpose so we could see the poppies. We did the Xtreme course with Cruise and Vegas. They were an absolute riot! They made the tour fun... Cracking a lot of jokes, and just genuinely gave us a good time.
The hike wasn't bad. There is a bit of a Rick scramble to get to the first line, but overall it wasn't bad. Because of the recent rains, there was a waterfall, some water crossings and overall an interesting hike. I highly recommend coming here. And go see the flowers before they disappear.

Our first visit yesterday was wonderful! I was with my daughter Casey and her cousin Bernice who are both 13 years old. All of the staff were really friendly, they kept the whole experience lighthearted and very safe. My kid was new to zipline adventures but is no stranger to nature trips.

Big high fives to Zach and Cruz who were really cool guides. They helped us enjoy the whole tour by expertly navigating us through the trail with fun facts about the desert, Fish Jokes, and survival knowledge. The kids liked them a lot and made our time here quite memorable. Don't just walk past things and don't be afraid to enjoy things loudly in the outdoors, that was my main takeaway as an adult.

The whole area was well maintained. The rides were exciting for first timers and veteran thrill-seekers alike. Walking through the trails were definitely not a chore. You could always appreciate the little things that mother nature has to offer.

There were water stations at every corner. Shaded areas too. Everything was quite pleasant.

Thank you to everyone in the crew and bravo! We will make this a regular place to visit!

Oh one more thing. The pin on the map is about 300 yards short. So keep on driving and you'll see the entrance flags and signs pretty easily.

5/5!
