This was our first escape room experience, and we were looking to celebrate a birthday, and wanted something adults and kids could enjoy. This was surprisingly fun and unique! My daughter (6) was immediately onboard with solving the riddles and looking for clues. We did "Once upon a time" and everyone was truly immersed in the theme, and the rooms were nicely done. Our game master Ethan was fantastic, he provided great energy, and his hints added to the theme and helped us along. The puzzles/riddles are definitely challenging. It was great that they gave you your own room, due to Covid. And the room was very clean, with masks. Would definitely recommend, so much fun!

I normally go to the location in Sacramento, but when I went to visit family in concord I was excited to play the games at this location! McKenna at the front desk was so kind and helpful when getting oriented and suggesting a game we play. Warriors Way was her suggestion and I had so much fun. Red door has the highest quality escape rooms I’ve had the pleasure of being in and I’m happy to visit any locations they open near me!

When I woke up yesterday morning, I had no idea I was in for the time of my life. When I walked inside the golden doors of this god-given establishment, I was showered with kind-hearted words of welcome and swift recognition of my arrival. Needless to say, the staff here are beyond saints. In less than .2 seconds my Gamemaster Louis was briefing my group taking great care to give us every piece of information we would need on our journey, without lessening any of the fun for our group, in fact, his prestigious, elevated humor made our time even more superior. When we made it into the room, I was so dumbfounded by the design of this new, rich, lively, immersive, life-changing environment, I sat criss-cross applesauce and, drooling, stared mesmerized at my surroundings. I sat there for the entire hour we had until I realized the location was closing and I would’ve been trapped there lest I break free of my lucid trance. So no, I didn’t actually play any of the game, but my friends did praise the puzzles quite immensely. But I left this location with my faith in humanity restored, and at the end of the day, that’s all that matters.
