It was a robbery I bought a boat ticket+transportation from gili air to lombok airport where I had to be at 12, and the seller ensured me I would have been at 11 or even before.
Never happened, had to wait for a shuttle bus to be full, and then take a private taxi cos the shuttle bus would have been to the airport at 15.
Unprofessional, illegal, cheaters,liers, shut down your business and let prof agencies work.

we trusted this company and bought passage to Bali the company was "ganggari fast boat" never travel with them. I must say that I have never feared so much for my life as for this day, myself and the rest of the passengers. We were going at an unthinkable speed, the boat was swaying so hard that it seemed that it was going to turn at any moment. Well they were the worst hours I've ever spent in my life and I must say that we are travelers. When we bought the ticket with them, they said they would take us to Ubud and we would have a car waiting for us, which in fact was a full bus of people and end up saying they do not take you to the hotel.

It was kind of a scam for me. I booked from gili air to ubud for 250.000 (so it was the slow boat).
First it was supposed to be all included but i had to pay 50.000 for the horse car in Lombok.
Then they told me in low season they dont work with the slow boat and i had to pay 150.000 to take the fast one (i tried to argue for a while but i had no other choice).
In Ubud, the driver who almost didnt speak english told me it was 5.000 to drop me directly at the hostel so i accepted. But it was actually 50.000... (I gave him only 15.000 which was all I had left anyway).
They are the kind of people who see tourists as bags of money. So avoid this agency.

Absolutely horrible attitude from our driver for our airport transfer today. He was incredibly rude as we were getting out of the shuttle at the airport. Would definitely NOT recommend. Very unpleasant.

We booked a shuttle service from Gili Air to Kuta Lombok. All went fine.
First the public boat took us to Bangsal (it was included in the ticket), and yes, that involved walking a few meters ankle-deep into the sea. The boat ride was fine as the sea was very calm. Arriving in Bangsal a few guys from Abi Travel took us for a short ride on their motorbike to the office. There we waited for an hour or so for the shuttle bus to arrive. After making a short stop at the airport, the bus driver dropped us right at our hotel in Kuta Lombok.
The minibus was to Indonesian standards okay.
If I was on a tight schedule I might consider other options, but other than that I would't hesitate to take this shuttle service again.

So I paid 150k for an open ticket to get a private car to the airport with an open date and the employers there told me I can come to Lombok from Gili islands anytime, then in the last day I came he told me that I booked for 08.00 am shuttle bus and he starts laughing and asks for more 250k (to get private car) such a rude person.
don't do the same mistake I did check other companies or book your own tickets.

We booked a boat trip from Gili Air to Senggigi (100k pP) and we got public boat tickets that cost only 12k pP and no fast boat. In Bangsal we had to walk for 10min. with all our luggage to their office. There every passenger booked with ABI TOURS had to wait for 1:30h for the minibus to arrive for the 30minutes ride to Senggigi - very annoying.
During the waiting time, the employee tried to sell tickets for airport pickup or snorkeling trips in Lombok...every person was called separately into the office for that kind of selling attempt.
Even if you need further transportation, book it in Senggigi to support these local people.
But finally we arrived at Senggigi (maybe a little stressed ripped off, but that’s fine).

Please do not book any tour from this agent as they are number one cheaters and spoil your holiday. We had booked Lombok tour from Gili Islands from them and the service was horrible. The transportation was delayed 1.5 hours from Gili and we had to stand at the port. Once we reached Lombok we were already late to complete the sightseeing and had visited just two waterfalls.The driver told us that if you want to return to Gili Island the last boat is 5 pm, and we could not see monkey forest and rice terrace which we had already paid in advance. Once we returned to Gili Island and complained about the experience, they completely ignored us. Never book any tours from them please............

Most horrible and dissatisfied experience in Lombok. We booked a tour from Gili to Lombok from these expert CHEATERS and LIARS and paid full amount in advance. Once we reached Lombok the local agent again asked more money for guide and told without guide you cannot visit the waterfall. We arrived late in Lombok as the boat from Gili was delayed which was not properly agganged by them. We had to wait 1,5 hour at the port. Due to delay in reacing Lombok, we had missed visiting other sites like rice terrace, monkey forest and traditional village which we had already paid. Upon asking compensation/refund they completely ignored us and told we cannot help you in anyways. Please do not book from this agent any tour if you do not want to spoil your holidays.

In our shuttle to Gili Air, the driver tried to sell us a boat ticket from Gili to Bali. He asked about 650k for two people in advance, so I said no. Then the driver got mad, driving so fast and crazy, saying nothing more. He drop us off far away from the harbour and we needed to get there walking. He and the other guys from the agency became so rude and they were lauthing on us. We are still waiting for the boat, hopefully it will come. NEVER BOOK ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE. ALL LIARS AND ASHOLES.
