This House is awesome and has so much history. So much of Claremont's history is stored right inside. Take a tour, come to an event hosted here, stop in for 4th of July.

This is a relatively small, but charming house packed full of beautiful furniture, art, and local history. Worth a visit, but young children will need to be supervised. Behind the left side of the house is an art exhibit space featuring the works of current local artists. Both buildings sit in the middle of a lovely park.

This wonderful home was where Bess and Herman Garner raised their children. It is now the home of Claremont Heritage. Plans are for it to become a living museum so all the 3rd Graders in Claremont and locals alike can see what the home was like when the Garner children were young. What a great plan!

What a gem. We weren't sure if we would be allowed in. We were welcomed and given a tour. We learned so much and really enjoyed it. It's just beautiful inside and out.

Courtyard by Garner a sweet spot for intimate to mid-size wedding. Good art gallery space. Old California architecture feel. Beautiful Memorial Park surroundings.

Claremont Heritage is a valuable resource for Claremont. The organization is housed in a historic property and provides a wealth of information on the history of Claremont. They are strong advocates for preservation and hold annual fundraisers to support the organization.

We went here for a small concert, and it was quite amazing--the mediterranian architecture was extremely nice, and the whole thing had a posh-relaxed feel to it. Strongly recommended.

What hours can we see the home? Is there a docent?
