This area of Chula Vista is old and needs to be revamped. It screams bring me back to life. I truly wish the Chula Vista council would try to do something, anything to this area.

Downtown Chula Vista ( The Village) have improved a lot the last twelve years. The pedestrian friendly street scape, variety of world flavor Restaurants, micro breweries, shops and other venues have attracted many locals and out-of-towners in the area.

A quaint pleasant walk. Many interesting small shops and only average restaurants. A major chain restaurant is badly needed. Hopefully they could reopen the closed theater to bring in more people to the downtown area. They are working on some nice street improvements.

Chula Vista could be so nice.It has the climate, for sure. Some money is being spent to improve the downtown are,but so much more could be done. There are small shops and resturants, but some seem rundown.I really look forward to improvements.

Good couple of hours, walking around and experiencing the shops & coffee shops & restaurants. The Farmers Market may be good as well, however we were never there when it was open.
