Great experience!

Amazing views! Great spot for pics. There is a mock winners stand where people can pose like Olympians in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Pretty cool.

While the Olympics were on in Rio, I took the grandkids to the training center, Because the Olympics were in session, the flame was lit. I explained to the kids (6 in total) what took place at this training center and why the flame just happened to be lit. Will take them back again when there is more time to... More

My 5-yr son participates in the BMX bike racing and always goes to the training center to practice on their track. Coach Tyler and his wife Cassie are great! They keep the track clean and are always very welcoming to new riders at all skill levels. It's also cool to see the actual olympic riders training and is a great... More

I have visited the Chula Vista Elite Athletes Training Center on various occasions. It is an awesome facility. Highly recommended to locals and visitors alike to visit and take a tour specially now that it is very active facility for our Athletes who are vying for a Olympic spot in Rio, Brazil

Huge Olympic training center it is where athletes travel from miles to train. You can observe them train and I paid to have my son attend archery classes there.

We were hoping for so much more. We took the self guided tour, unfortunately the phone prompts were not all that helpful. The path is nice, but everything is far away and in restricted areas. We saw no one training, heck we saw no one in the visitors building. The gift shop was closed and the information desk was MIA.... More

I did not know that the training center is open to public. My boyfriend and I happen to just driving around the area when we saw the sign and decided to stop by and see what's inside. There were no athletes training when we were there but we heard BMX bicyclists training on the track. The center has a BMX... More

This is a great family event. The walking tour is just over a mile or so. Our guide was actually an Olympic participant in 2012, and expects to be participating this year in Rio, assuming no injuries etc. There were a total of 6,,, six Olympic team members that came over and talked to our group. Each one of them... More

The Arco Olympic Training area was a closed gate operation in the beginning. Since then the kids can now practice archery and what not.

Few people know about the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA. Not even sure how we stumbled on it, but so glad we did. There are only a few USOC training centers in the country, so if your are in or near San Diego, it is a must see facility. It is inspiring to see the best of the... More
