I have been going to Carmel for years, and I mean years, and I never knew this tiny place existed which is something of a recurring theme in Carmel. It's a beautiful house that has been turned into a museum and theatre with maybe 75 seats. Light wood, clean lines, well tended garden greet you. It offers encounters with objects... More

Carl Cherry is a tiny jewel not far from Carmel but hidden in the woods and not easily found. Stroll through the artwork in the gardens, attend a very intimate production or view the artwork in the front room.

A beautiful art and theater center in a quiet neighborhood. It's a home beautifully turned into a gallery and a lecture hall and theater.

The Carl Cherry Center is a wonderful place, a home converted to a small intimate theater where plays, poetry readings and art exhibits are presented in the time tested Carmel tradition. I just love that place.

My husband & I found this theatre years ago and I could not recall its exact location when I moved here. However, I saw a play advertised and upon arriving it was the very same location as years ago. Very small planted in a neighborhood thus parking is very limited. When we went several months ago, it was very warm... More
