Our mom planned a girls weekend for her, myself and two sisters. We met at 9th & San Carlos at 10:45am. That was all we knew about our weekend. The food tour led by Tracy was really the absolute perfect beginning to our weekend! So many different tastes and wines, paired with interesting information by Tracy. I highly recommend this!

Stacey from Carmel Food Tours introduced us to a Carmel we didn't know existed. Traveling through side streets and flower filled alleyways, she shared with us delicious breakfast treats, history of this beautiful seaside town, and her quick wit and love of Carmel came through as well. Started with delicious chocolate mousse and cocoa (plus a welcoming hello from Maren),... More

My husband and I saw a blurb in the local newspaper about Carmel Food Tours, and decided to sign up for one. We had enjoyed Food Tours in Vancouver, and knew that the worst case would be great food, good wine and meeting nice people. And best case would be learning about a gem that we had not yet discovered... More

The choice of restaurants was excellent. The wines choice also exceptional. Our guide Tracy was very knowledgeable about not only about the food but also local history. We enjoyed the tour very much and will do it again.

Being new to Carmel By The Sea we went on the Carmel Food Tour - Lunch to check out what is available. We were blown away by the diversity of places to taste. We walked by Afina, one of the restaurants on the tour, the night before and looked in and thought, "...nope." After visited Afina the next day and... More

This tour is an absolute "must do" if you are in Carmel. We were lucky enough to have Staci as our tour leader and could not have had a better time. In addition to trying a bunch of delicious foods, we were able to learn a lot about the history of Carmel and the quirky facts that make the town... More

I had 7 friends for a mini college reunion. Since I had done this before I thought it would be a fun way to introduce them to some of Carmel's back alleys, interesting shopping and wonderful cuisine. We were fortunate enough to have Tracey as our tour guide. She was fun, enthusiastic and energetic. And she was the same tour... More

My husband and I took the breakfast tour a few weeks ago and had a great time. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgable. A great way to start off the day and vacation. The "Cocoa Spa" establishment was unbelievable and we went back after the tour and spent time with the Chocolate lady who was a gem and... More

I had some misgivings about booking a food tour, but that feeling dissipated immediately upon meeting our tour guide, Staci. She is very personable, funny, and thoroughly knowledgable about all things Carmel, especially food options. She led us through some charming passageways and side streets to try a variety of food offerings, not one of which was disappointing. The shops... More
