I was so amazed at how beautiful this little place was. It's actually not so little once you get in there! Cute shops everywhere, and some amazing food. Very dog friendly. Everyone wanted to stop and pet my yorkie and chihuahua.

This place is kind of dead. It is a large complex, but it didn't seem as though all of the stores were opened. Kind of a disappointment.

I enjoy the beauty of the walkways and good restaurants. Limited hours for my schedule. Very good pasta and pizza, at the Italian restaurant. Yummy Noodles at Tran's.

Alas, the newer owners have turned this great open air shopping court into something dull and dreary, with empty stores, and zero energy. what a shame.

Convenient to the main crossroads to Carmel, the Barnyard offers the shopper a host of various shops in which to stroll and enjoy in relative peace away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Carmel.

The Barnyard is very charming. Lots of little boutiques. There's a great breakfast spot there called 'From Scratch'. If you're staying the the Carmel Mission Inn it's literally a stone's throw from the hotel. Nice coffee spot there too and a fun little pub. Definitely worth checking out.

Cute outdoor shopping with beautiful flower and plant beds. Lots of places to grab a bite or a cup of coffee. Many of the restaurants have outdoor seating to enjoy the gorgeous weather.

The breakfast spot, From Scratch, is one of our favorite eateries in the area. The food is fresh; the service is good to very good. The gardens in the Barnyard are exceptional throughout the year and alone are worth the visit

The Barnyard greets you with a tall windmill. It's woodsy and rustic look is welcoming. The shops there are worth walking through; so it is a typical shopping center, but with style. There are several good restaurants in the Barnyard. I have always like Robata's for Japanese food and From Scratch for breakfast. The Barnyard is also noted for its... More
