First of all, the elephants is a lovely animal. But im a bit disappointed because the elephant keepers do not love their animals. They are Making fun of the elephants and act very childish. I do believe that the elephant has it okey here, at least better then beeing riding. But they should get new staff who do love their animals and who take care of them on a better way.…

my family and i had the best experience. we learned about the elephants and were able to 'mud' them down then bathe them. we also made medicine for them as we learned that elephants need it to help combat bloating. these gentle giants were NOT chained and were free to roam. they did have their mamuht close by. the handlers helped us bathe them and were helpful every step of the way. we were educated on each elephant, given a refreshing snack (fresh fruit) and were able to take showers after bathing with the elephants. Great experience ! highly recommend!…

The Krabi Elephant House Sanctuary was amazing. We done Plan B which took 3 hours in total (approx). It was amazing being so close to the elephants, from washing and bathing them to making and feeding them medicine. The experience was surreal, and you can tell that the elephants are very well looked after and loved by all the staff that work there. I would 100% recommend. …

My partner and I visited here and I wished I hadn’t now. There are 6 elephants in total who are waiting for you behind a wooded fence, where motorbike chains were hanging from. Which felt very disconcerting. The whole thing felt like a bit of a ‘show’ and just to entertain tourists. I don’t really understand why elephants need to be caked in mud and then bathed by humans twice a day (there are morning and afternoon tours). I’m sure they’re more than capable of washing themselves! There were also trainers and tourists smoking near the elephants and other guests, maybe this is a personal issue but I found it inappropriate. I wouldn’t recommend visiting here at all, I don’t feel it is a sanctuary.…

First of all, we are the real sanctuary and do not establish our place to be an elephant show or any entertainment. We just want tourists to do activities and get closer elephants with no harm. Moreover, we've already studied their behaviors before establishing here for sure because we do really care about elephants and we would like to live together like a family. However, we will inspect it for all trainers again about smoking and thank you so much for telling us about this. We will improve our sanctuary to be the Best

Loved visiting this Sanctuary! I felt that the elephants were loved and treated Kindly, they seemed like pets. The Elephants were free to roam around, they seemed to stick by their "Elephant man" which was good for us as we were able hang out with them. At one point one of the Elephants didn't want to join the rest of the group and walked off and went into the river to cool down, her trainer walked with her and stayed on the riverbank watching her in the river until she decided to come back and join the group. It was an amazing experience to be able to get up close and personal with these majestic animals which we would never have had the opportunity to if it weren't for Sanctuaries like this.…
