This is the most amazing science/museum attraction that you've never heard of. An enormous collection of bird skins and eggs, as well as much other natural history. World renowned researchers on staff. ONLY OPEN to the PUBLIC on certain days, so CALL first!!

If it’s a bird and not a plane I am sure it’s here. Amazing collection of preserved birds and eggs. Occasionally they have an open house. Check the Acorn or contact them regarding the dates. Fascinating collection.

In addition to being a facility for displaying and keeping artifacts scientific research is ongoing. The staff takes preservation of environment seriously and are welcoming and willing to share information.
