Great wine and history of the area. Our server was very knowledgeable with the entire process and made the stop the best of the day.

Arrived about a half hour before our appointed tasting time, so had time to look around the property a bit and relax under the trees. Very nice place. Zahara (sp?) conducted our tasting and was an excellent hostess. She did a great job of explaining the wines, the history of the winery and the Frank family. Wines were very drinkable... More

Our two-day wine tour finished up with Frank Family Vineyards, and what a great finish it was! Our group of five had a tasting room to ourselves, and we were well taken care of by Marcos - friendly, attentive, great conversationalist - the consummate host. Great selection of wines, too - we all found something we liked. We'll be back!

They have started to get way too arrogant for me. First they greeted you on the porch and told you about how busy they were and how they could not give us a tasting without an appointment. What a bunch of garbage this was!! This was not my first Rodeo. The place was relatively empty inside, in fact no one... More

Frank Family Vineyard was the fist tasting that we had in Napa... And it set the bar for all the rest. The property is beautiful. Plenty of parking is available. No reservation was required however it is recommended due to the popularity of the wines. The tasting was exceptional. Mike assisted us and didn't disappoint. He was very knowledgable not... More

This was the 2nd out of 5 wineries I visited with my parents to celebrate their wedding anniversary and hands down we had the BEST experience at Frank Family Vineyards. The setting is beautiful, it's one of the few wineries you can enjoy a picnic at (why this is not done at other wineries is beyond me as who doesn't... More

There are a ton of great private tours in Napa. This is not one of them. It wasn't horrible, but the wine was just average as was the tasting experience. We did 6 tours while in Napa and this was #6 on the list. Kind of a bummer after the other excellent tours and wine we had experienced.

It amazes me this place is still around. The wines are passable, champagne pretty bad. Whites are what we refer to in the industry as 'un-offense to large groups of people' which means in a nut sell with out depth, interest or memory. They have a large banner out front proclaiming they are voted best winery like 10 years in... More

I have visited Frank Family twice now, and I absolutely LOVE it! They are so nice, and their wine is great. I have been on a random weekday in April where we were the only visitors and also a busy Saturday in February with many visitors. Both times, the service and experience was spectacular. Definitely a great place for good... More

We brought a picnic lunch and enjoyed the informal setting at Frank Family. We had visited in 2011 and wanted to return. An old farmhouse setting that's just wonderful for enjoying the Napa scenery. We prefer their Chardonnay but the reds are good too. Encourage folks to stop at Frank's for a break on your Napa journey.
