We had heard this was a fun, chill place for a tasting and so glad we stopped. The wines were all excellent and the tasting itself was very mellow and enjoyable. Be warned if you are looking for a view there is not much to see, but we didn't miss having a view at all. Well worth a visit!

We made an unplanned stop here and unfortunately it was a bit too quick because of our schedule. Although we did manage to taste several wines and hear a funky banjo love song...

Good wine, good music. Very personable hosts who interacted well with their visitors and played a few songs as we all tasted our selections.

It's was my first stop on my first trip to napa. It was a wonderful experience! We got a song from the guys running the place and the wine is delicious. I plan on visiting again.

Offbeat mayhem musical team hosts your tasting. Fun for all. The wine is good. But you get your money's worth with the entertainment too.

We went to Lava Vines, had a fantastic tasting even had a picnic outside on the terrace. The Cabernet Franc was a favorite! The very talented John entertained us on his guitar. He played a rendition of "Into the Mystic" and it was so beautiful! Love this small production winery! I can't wait to return!

Super friendly staff and excellent wines! Tasting fee waived with purchase, ended up bringing home a bottle of port.

This was recommended by our hotel (the comfort Inn) as a fun winery to visit. It was even better than we expected. It is a small operation and everyone is very friendly. The two guys running the tasting room played guitar and banjo and broke out in song. In addition, the wines were very good. I especially liked their port,... More

Don't miss this one. They don't make the best wine in the valley but they are the most fun to visit. Read the great reviews below; they're all true. In our third year to Napa, this was instantly my wife's favorite spot. Pete talks about wines in tastes and Dan in foods; "this is you're rack of lamb wine." Guitar... More

What a great place to visit and taste wine. It's fantastic to be able to talk to the winemaker and then be entertained with a song. One of the best experiences we had on our recent trip to the Napa Valley.
