We had a great time on a day hike here - all the way to the old MASH filing site. We passed a number of water holes and people were having tons of fun. It's definitely worth a trip and is relatively simple walk/hike.

You can bring your own food and snacks, but You might want to check with the park itself if you want to do any grilling.

There are pathways, but none of them are paved. It really depends on the handicap. Please call to make sure.
