Just randomly chose a studio to tour. Found a Groupon for this one. Found it comical because all we heard about on the tour was the Pretty Little Liars, which we have never seen. Not much going on here. Not much for young kids, a few gimmicky items from Harry Potter, really not much going on these days at NBC.... More

They over booked the show today Feb 5, 2014 so we had to pay for it. When the disable people have to wait outside when there was a warm tent near by with VIP's this is wrong. I asked if we could go inside a place to keep wrong but they said no, they could of done something better but... More

We applied online for tickets to see the taping of The Tonight Show and when we received the confirmation, we called The Tonight Show to find out how the taping works and we were told that the email ticket is not a guaranteed seat - basically entrance is on a first-come, first-served basis whether or not you have an email... We got guaranteed seats from Universal Studios to see the taping of the Jay Leno show and it was well worth the wait. You get to studio 11 and are "hearded" into a waiting area where it is explained what is going to happen. Then the group is busted up into smaller groups to go thru the security area. They... More

i took the tour on my second visit to California in 1978. At the time of the big game show rush. At the time NBC in beautiful downtown Burbank was booming with a number of game shows, including Hollywood Squares, High Rollers, Card Sharks, etc.produced there. Also Bob Hope, and the Midnight Special was still well in production there. I saw... More

This tour no longer runs. All the guide books and Internet still list it. We went to the gate to enter the studio and this is what the guard told us.

Nothing special, no shows were taping. Even Leno was off for the day. I would recommend the Warner Brothers tour just down the road over the NBC Tour.

I had taken this tour once before a couple of years ago when visiting Burbank. It wasn't a great tour but if your a fan of the Tonight Show or Day's of our Lives it was definitely more interesting. I was hoping to visit the NBC Burbank studios once again on a recent visit to Burbank and I learned that... More
