We did the Knottsberry Farm and Waterpark pass. This Waterpark is not at all convenient or a good time. Waiting in TWO LINES to be able to ride the rides that use tubes. Double the wait. Incredible. The last river only has two openings. And if u want a tube for it... Het in line and wait. I've been to... More

We visited park second part of the day on Sunday. Parking cost - $18. We did not used lockers, I carried our bag and just let my son to use rides. No place to sit, all chairs were taken- no people just towels. Snacks - one variety of frozen yogurt, no place to sit again, people are holding empty tables... More

We have been to Soak City the last two years for our end of the year party. The children love it! There is such a variety of different rides ranging from calm to crazy so it meets the needs of all the children! The lunch option is perfect and worth the price!

Worst waterpark ever!!!! Waiting for over an hour for a ride because of safety regulations. Mismanagement!!! Have been in several aquaparks with good safety regulations where waiting lines are max 15 minutes.

We waited outside for our two teenage boys. Unfortunately they didn't understand how things worked inside the park. It would have been great to allow grandparents who weren't swimming to sit inside the park but the only way to do that was to pay another 30+ dollars. The boys spent most of their time in line. They thought they had... More

First time coming here! Had a fun time. Besides the long lines, unruly kids, not enough tubes. Would love to come back again!

I took my 4 children, 8, 10, 13 and 15 along for a day. Big smiles and fun all day. Lines are a given but worth the wait for pacific spin! Not allowed to bring in own food and food available for sale was overpriced ($18 for combos) and couldn't find any healthy options. We went on a Thursday during... More

First tip, get there early! We got there at 11am (it opened at 10am) and literally couldn't find a single lounge chair for our group of 6. The food prices were insane (which we expected) but the hamburgers were disgusting. My starving teenagers refused to eat them. After one of our boys cut his toe on the bottom of the... More

It was crowded, I felt like it is unorganized, long lines and waiting times for the floating tubes, locker rental price seems to me as a high one (15$ for standard locker) , could build some more bridges over the "river" to enable a quicker approach to the restrooms, the waterpark attraction are similar to what I know from other...
