Took my daughter here whilst in Perth on a recent trip. It was a little cold and windy, but not as bad as the previous day when we visited Cottesloe beach. There were a few surfers but otherwise the beach was pretty much deserted. Nice...More

Picturesque, close to the CBD, popular and busy on a nice day. Easy to walk alongside the beach for some distance and popular with runners as views easy make the km disappear!

A sensational expanse of sand. An ocean beach. Consistent waves. Grass and trees with a view of the beach. Lifesavers. It’s a great beach and deserves to be mentioned in the same breath as other more renowned Perth beaches.

Nothing special but a pleasant beach with sometimes supervised swimming, green lawns with some share and several eateries. I can imagine it gets crowded at weekends. Accessible by public transport.

Hi if you take an Uber taxi it takes 19 minutes or if you take the number 82 bus from the Perth Busport it takes 38 minutes. It is approx 11.0 km distance from Murray St to City Beach Hoping this helps :)
