I love this beach...partly because it's close and partly because it's so clean. There's plenty of parking during the week...weekend are very busy but aren't all beaches in the summer? Just get there early!

It now has several wonderful top class restaurants lining the beachfront serving up great food and amazing views. Have a swim, a coffee, snack or stay for a lazy lunch or long evening meal and... Have a walk along the shoreline, try the boardwalk through the bush area or stop in at Clancy's for a coffee or bite. Or just use the beach! great place , well maintained with all the facilities

City Beach is 15 kms (9 miles) from the centre of Perth. It is one of the closest beaches to the city of Perth.. City Beach is easily accessible by public transport from Perth. City Beach is one of Perth most expensive suburbs, prices for an average house are around $2 million. The sand is white and the water is... More

If you dont like too many people on the beaches, this is your good option. Not so far from city center.

Love this beach location very near our son's house in floret. Good facilites. Love the new buildings on ocean front especially one that looks like a boat. Lots of restaurants nearby and barbecuing facilites. Sand great surf depends on the weather, sea and tides and time of year. Usually good, surf lifeguards on beach. Place to go.
