Retired US Army, I've been in helicopters before. My wife had not. The pre-flight excitement was palpable. Everyone at the facility was very professional and we had no fearful concerns after our manditory briefing. The pilot (Roy) was very easy to be around and a wealth of information throughout the flight. This will be the highlight of 2021 for sure, we will surely share our excitment with family and friends. The cost is as little as $35 each for a flight (we did the $75 each) and worth every penny! I cannot recomend this highly enough. SSG. GP.

Me and my 3 years old kid just took the 11 minutes helicopter Tour. We both had so much fun :-)
The pilot Roy is such a nice guy and made sure that we felt happy and safe all the time. He even took his time to tell us a little bit about what else to do in Big Bear :)
I would definitely recomend! (For all ages)

My nephew and I took the 11 minute tour and it was awesome. His first time in a helicopter and our pilot let him sit in the left front seat, he was smiling ear to ear. A great buy also for only $55 a person.

We booked it 30 minutes before we started, we called them and asked for the price, since the 7 minute flight appears to short for us we took the eleven minutes one. It was amazing.. he showed us some hot spots and where to go, 11 minutes was just perfect since it didn’t get boring any time.

We took a 45 minute tour and it was excellent. The owner is the pilot and beyond being very skilled on very good equipment, really knows the area and is extremely helpful. The tours run in varying length and hence cost. IF you are just interested in a thrill ride, not sure this is for you, however, if you would really like to see, understand, and enjoy the area, you cannot do better. Having been to a number of things like this around the planet, I can honestly report that Roy (owner) is doing this right.......SAFETY, very good equipment, well run, and sincerely helpful, its a very good use of your hard earned vacation money

We were up in helicopter to see view of big bear. the pilot was great, pointed out landmarks and handle the helicopter great with the winds we had. Overall it was a great flight.

I was worried about my small kids being scared but the pilot was the best, super friendly and felt safe ! Great staff. Will recommend to all my friends

Considering I get motion sick easily and am terrified of turbulence on planes, I was uneasy going onto this tour but really wanted to see the area and wanted to also feel what the helicopter ride experience is all about. Roy made the experience so much easier for us. My son and I loved the ride and Roy told us a lot about the area when we asked some questions. Otherwise, he was also very happy to let us just take in the experience with quiet. Very professional and safe with great instruction by Matt and Jennifer on safety instructions and guidelines. Thank you all for a great trip!
