This is a beautiful and notorious drive which is simply not to be missed when in Beverly Hills. Many photographic opportunities affording amazing views over the area.

Beverly Hills is famous for its Rodeo Drive (shopping) and Mulholland Drive, (home to the stars and super rich). Mulholland Drive is a must do part of any trip to Beverly Hills. Mulholland Drive is a 21-mile long (34 km) narrow two lane road which follows the ridgeline of the Santa Monica Mountains to the Hollywood Hills. If you interested there are various tour companies that will take you on Mulholland Drive Road trip and point out the home of different celebrities. If your adventurous, suggest making the trip on your own. Just be advised that this is a narrow heavy traffic 2 lane poorly maintained road (i.e., potholes, cracked pavement, and damaged guardrails) where drivers consistently exceed the speed limit and accidents are an everyday event. If you drive this road, you need to pay attention to the road and your surroundings. The road is dangerous and could ruin your day if you are not careful. As you cruise along this Road, one had the opportunity to view the San Fernado Valley, Los Angeles, and the Hollywood Sign. Several viewing spots are located along the route. Ideal for taking photos of the surrounding area. The entire stretch of Mulholland Drive is home to numerous celebrities. Most of these expensive homes are hidden behind gates and tall trees. Viewing them is extremely difficult. Mulholland Drive is a must do activity in Beverly Hills. Depending on weather and traffic conditions, expect to spend a minimum of 2 hours plus driving the entire length of this 21-mile road. Enjoyed this trip but would not want to attempt it after dark.

Ended up on Mullholland Drive (while it was on my list to visit anyway) on our way to the Beverly Hills Hotel for dinner. Very pretty scenic drive through the hills. Nice if you are in the area.

Nothing too impressive. We took this drive because there is not much to do. Houses are nice, streets are small.

Great drive through the Hollywood Hills with several places to pull over and take in spectacular views of LA. My favorite is the Overlook Above the Hollywood Bowl with incredible views of downtown LA

Overlooking both Vally and the City at night and in daytime...several areas to pull over, get out and look or photo...lots of fun if you enjoy curvy roads...

This is the road that was made famous by the movies. It even has a picture named after it. The road is a lovely bendy twisty ride through the back hills of LA. It has some lovely views of the city too.

Mulholland Drive and the Mulholland highway make a nice Sunday drive to explore old Hollywood and vistas and overlooks. I’ve attached an overlook of the San Gabriel valley.

This drive has many beautiful and famous homes. Such a beautiful drive. Just be very cautious as the winding Lots of drops off side of the cliff can happen easily. Only a careful driver should attempt.

I would recommend driving Mulholland drive near the top of the list if you have a car. It’s a great drive and the views over the city and mountains are amazing. There are a number of places you can stop and take it all in.
