What a disappointment! More then a month ago I spoke to and emailed with Jeremiah from Cactus Jungle about a project with our landscape. I was asked to email the specifics of the project and was told it would take a week or so for someone to review it and get back to me. No problem. Weeks went by after emailing Jeremiah and then I was told he was on vacation. Ok, no problem. Then after almost two months of waiting, nothing. No email responses. No call back. In fact, I even tried their Facebook page and tried to contact their owner Hap Hollibaugh. I was told that the person I needed to speak with was Jeremiah. Okay, but he's apparently not available. What a huge disappointment. Ive purchased hundreds of dollars in plants from there and the project for our HOA was worth thousands. This is no way to run a business. Ill never go back, recommend or give our landscape business to this company again.…

Our landscaping division is very busy right now - Michael was told we were 2-3 months out and then was frustrated when he wasn't called sooner to be scheduled. He contacted me on facebook and then was frustrated when I contacted him back thru the facebook interface even though he refused to give me his phone number. If you are looking for landscaping services (spring of 2018), we really are booked at least 3 months out right now and it will be difficult to get you scheduled, and we apologize in advance for that. But if you read his review carefully he does let you know that we are a great place to buy plants, so you should know our retail store is open 7 days!

Amazing, friendly and knowledgeable staff, they know everything about cacti, planting, survival chance in different regions, care etc. All the plants are seem very well cared for and are well labeled. If you are looking for unique plants this is the place. Wonderful collections and this place is very educational too. I did purchase a handful of plants here before leaving the city. Definitely a place I'd like to visit again!…

I bought a number of succulents and low-water plants at Cactus Jungle. They had decent prices, though a little on the high side for larger items.

Expert staff and a huge variety of healthy cacti, succulents, herbs, vegetable starts, indoor and outdoor plants. They are very helpful in selecting what will work in a given space and environment and will even troubleshoot problems with plants you already have. A great place to just browse.…

I love coming to Cactus Jungle, and always include it when we visit Fourth Street since they're in the same general area. There is an amazing variety of cacti and succulents, friendly and expert help if you need it - and it is fun to wander through the lot enjoying the plants.
