Such a beautiful location - cool and refreshing!

This course is greener than green right now. Unfortunately because of all the rain this year, carts are for use on path only, and the fairways can make finding a ball difficult... read more

This is a great place to begin your golfing experience. We signed up for lessons and received great instruction and reduced golf rates. Check the availability and cost of current fees. It's a nice place to go when the weather is bad elsewhere in the bay area because it's sheltered and generally very pleasant. It can be foggy on early... More

This is a nice course but be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes from your expected tee time. These people have no idea how to schedule. A 4 and 1/2 hour round took us well over 6 hours to complete due to the stack up of at least 2 to 3 groups waiting on every hole. Good luck!

This is a beautiful course. It was hard for me due to the up hill greens and me not being good. If you sign up for the players club, you get many benefits including very cheap golfing after 2pm! Nice times.

This course is greener than green right now. Unfortunately because of all the rain this year, carts are for use on path only, and the fairways can make finding a ball difficult because of long grass. Still, a wonderful place to be - wide open spaces, quiet and secluded.

Tilden will test your skills even though it is not long. The fairways are narrow and tree-lined, the lies uneven, and the greens are tricky. The course is beautiful, set into a valley in the middle of Tilden Regional Park. American Golf has done a great job in maintaining the course in wonderful condition. Don't get discouraged on the first... More

Tilden is a very hilly course with tons of pine trees and hazards. Many holes have extreme dog legs requiring precision shots. Sometimes the slope of the hills require strategic shots to the fringe to allow the ball to roll back into the fairway because balls into the fairway tend to roll to the fringe.

A beautiful day at Tilden Park. On the whole the course was in excellent condition despite the drought. The greens had recovered well from tineing and ran well. Some work being done on some of the 't' boxes which was a shame. There were a few holes where everyone teed off from the same spot. A little hard for women... More

A shorter course in an excellent setting within Tilden Park. The driving range, putting green and clubhouse are all adequate, the course presents interesting holes and views of the valley. The condition of the course is usually at best, average given the number of rounds. Expect to have a very slow round and have ample opportunity to enjoy the day... More

A very nice public golf facility with terrific views of the Bay. Not long. they have a practice range as well. What makes up for the distance is the contour. The course is set in the hills. You seem to never have a flat lie except on the tee box.

Yeah, really - might be possible depending on where you are on the course when you holler "FORE!" This golf course is a deceptive beauty that will eat your lunch and ask for seconds. Nestled in a high valley in Tilden Regional Park the vistas on this course are almost as distracting as the ones getting to it! Maybe I'm... More
