BEWARE booking with this company. If you think the price is too good to be true, it's because it is... I was quoted $325 total including gratuity, tax and tolls for a 6 hour ride for 8 people. At the end of it all, I was forced to pay $686. I chose to pay cash because I didn't want the 5% credit card fee. After the driver dropped us off, he said he needed to collect $550 right then. I gave him the amount, thinking I could get my money back after calling and clearing it up with the company. Which was stupid, but I had emails and a signed contract stating the agreed $325 amount. To add, I found an additional $136 charge on my credit card (CC was required for a security deposit). After several attempts calling the company (I only got a call back once I pretended I needed to rent a limo for an upcoming event), they said they would email me the breakdown of the cost. Included in this email was: -- Double the gratuity/tax/toll originally quoted -- Alleged we went an hour into overtime - not true -- Bogus $100 fuel charge -- the location we went to was LESS miles than the Groupon we referenced to get the 'deal' -- Mysterious $50 weekend rate -- never mentioned in original quote Don't be surprised if Lau's transportation comments on this and gives a BS response (see their Yelp page). Please do yourself a favor and do NOT do business with this shady company. Even if you get them to 'confirm' the total price, they will surprise you with extra fees in any way they can. This was the least of my worries, but we were told we would have a limo with bluetooth, which wasn't the case. The glasses in the limo were extremely dirty. The only plus side was that the driver was pleasant and surprising to me, they did credit me for the extra cash that I gave the driver the day of.…

This person has been posting bogus review since last 2018. If you're claiming your review is true, I would challenge you to email directly to us instead of hiding behind the screen. If you are one of those people that like to get free stuff and not paying on the service that you received, well I guess you got the wrong business to blame. If you want to have some fun and cannot afford to pay the price, then go somewhere else within your budget. Lau's Transportation sent a message to this person last 4/19/18 to clarify her complaints and we monitor reviews on a regular basis but as of 4/29/18, we have not receive any response from her. Before we sent her the message, we double checked all the past emails and the receipts that we had of all the clients that we had so far but the figures that she was claiming did not match anything. Prior to securing reservations, we emailed contract to the clients with the price breakdown of the limo service to avoid confusion or misunderstanding. We never demand our driver to collect money from the clients when the service is done since we already have their credit card on file when they signed the contract. Regarding the phone call that she mentioned, we did not receive any calls about her complaints because if we did, we would resolve the issue as soon as possible. For the glassware that she was claiming was dirty, it is also not true because we put clean glasswares every time our limo goes out unless she referred the dirty glasswares that they already used during the limo service. We do not stock clean glasswares right after each use during the rental period for security reason. If she is really serious regarding her complaints, she should already have disputed the additional charges on her credit card but we did not receive any dispute.

We drove with Mario in a Yukon XL Suv; he drove safely and was super nice. I would recommend this transportation service for your next event. Yes there's Uber, and Lyft; but these drivers are professional and held to a higher standard by their company.
