I dont know where to even start worst first experience i ever had, both my fiancé and I were recommended this by best day travel and it turned out to be worst experience when it came to the managers customer service. 1. the truck they picked us up in was packed with people at the mist of Covid some people had mask on others didn't nobody was 6ft, the driver was picking up everybody in one truck as we arrived at the ranch everybody on our ride noticed another truck from the same company and place only carrying one couple. They don't care about covid and they'll just stuff you in the truck until there's no more room. 2. The tour itself is nice and takes you to the beach shore which is nice, but beware if you are looking to take beautiful pictures in the water because it's falsely advertised. The horses are beautiful as well but the nicest horses are the wildest due to the fact that they aren't taken out of a small building where they are kept. 3. The photograph was lazy and poor quality when it came to taking our pictures while most of the people and couples in front of us pictures were nice and lovely the remainder of everybody's picture came out with either somebody in the picture, nobody is looking to pay for photo with somebody other than your significant other in it let alone charge $150 for the poorly taken picture a magnet with you picture and a bottle of liquor, where the value of everything technically comes out to $40-$50, once the tour was done they kept us waiting just to sell us something at a price more expensive than the tour itself. 4. The manager of the place forget about it completely disrespectful. Both my fiancé and I come from a work background dealing with giving fantastic to superb customer service. Don't expect that from this place at all the manager and everybody asks you to give them a great review but yet when a customer is explaining to him that there is still a pandemic going on and advising him in the future should use two trucks to pick people up instead of just one to avoid getting or catching covid he brushed of my fiancé and became very rude and disrespectful and became very defensive other customer expressed the same issues and it showed he didn't care at all never will I go to this place at all I love my country but this place shows you the side of DR nobody was or is looking for. If you go to a place of business the customer is technically always right if the information/complain they're bring to the manager is acceptable but this manager could've cared less. Overall worst experience out of all my trips never dealt with something like this in Aruba or Mexico either. Avoid this place at all cost be careful with the horses and be careful with the rude manager all they're looking to do is take your money for a half ass experience that isn't worth it at all excuse my language but blunt honest is needed for this place. If it was possible I could've given this a 0 out of 5.

We were supposed to be picked up at 2pm. They didn't pick us up until 3pm. Apparently they couldn't get past the gate to Cap Cana but there was NO communication. I had to call different places to see what was going on. Had I known what was in store, I wish I would have just canceled it. By the time we got to the ranch (2 taxis later) it was almost 4pm. The guys working there are very nice and the horses are very well trained however they took us through a trail towards a dirty river. The road there is filled with trash and full of mosquitoes. When we got to the river, we got off the horses for "pictures" but instead we were all completely covered in mosquitoes. These were not small mosquitoes, they were as big as flies. All I wanted to do was get away from that area. Riding back, the guide took us through a dirty back road full of MOSQUITOES!!!! we weren't nowhere close to the beach!!! I literally looked down and had 10 or more mosquitoes on my legs. I couldn't reach down to swat at them because I was nervous to scare the horse. How are you supposed to enjoy the ride when you're in PAIN!! I literally paid to have my whole body covered in welts!! If you know there's mosquitoes then sell repellent!!!! If there's mosquitoes then we should stay on the beach which is what we paid for!!! This excursion absolutely ruined my trip. I couldn't sleep due to the itchiness. The next day we had a trip booked to an island and my skin looked like I had a disease due to all the swollen welts. I couldn't enjoy anything due to the itchiness. I wish I had NEVER gone on this excursion.

Great time! Our family of 6 did the two hour tour. Four kids ages 7-17 and two adults. The horses were in excellent condition and the guides were unbelievably helpful and informative. It was very safe and clean. Be prepared to wear a helmet and mask; as well as bring at least $100 cash if you want pictures and proper expected tips. The horses will not go into the ocean, so gym shoes and pants are OK to wear, they will walk along the waters edge and a good hour on the sand. Its a great time and highly recommend.

It was a fun tour, we did it on a sundaymorning and no other people chose this hour so it was a private tour for us. The horses were a bit stubborn but they looked all very healthy. There was no one on the beach so we had amazing views. The photographer took really nice pics of us, i would really recommend buying them as they come allong with a magnet and a bottle of mamajuana with your photo on it (nice souvenir). The guides were all friendly. We had a lil stop at a place by the water to catch our breath, really enjoyed it. Also the toilets were very clean! Would recommend.
