Was recommended this trip by the lady that was serving on the till at a local supermarket as a place to visit. She was so right! Stunning scencery and Calum the boats captain and daughter Fiona were amazing. Especially with the children as he let them steer the boat! The guided tour around the Loch was very interesting and both... More

I went on the Callum Seal Trip on the 26/10/16. Didn't expect to see much as it was the end of October. I only saw three seals but the scenery was amazing. It's well worth the trip without the seals as you get to see the island from a totally different angle than you do when you're inland. The Captain... More

It's been twelve years since I last went on one of Calum's seal trips and it was a great trip then and it's still a great trip. The chance to see the seal's or a free trip is a great idea but at £11.50 for a hour trip really is a bargain. Highly recommended for children and adults.

We did this trip on a very windy day about two weeks ago. We wondered if the trip would go ahead due to the wind. However after making a phone call to the trip office we were advised Calum was going to try and set sail at noon. We arrived at the jetty along with another couple with two toddlers.... More

Going on Calum's seal trip was wonderful. You are guaranteed your money back if no seals are seen. Calum is a very friendly chatty guy, great with adults and children alike. He gives information and history about the various surrounding landmarks. His boat is called the Sula Mhor and has been featured in many TV programmes. Blankets were provided....in case... More

If you don't see seals you get you fare refunded. What Scotsman would make such a promise unless he could guarantee a sighting of these mammals? For an hour you get a trip around this scenic inlet just near to the Isle of Skye. The boat is a sturdy boat with room for twenty at least. We had seven and... More

This is by far the friendliest boat trip we have experienced, catering for children and dogs. Calum is full of local info and very welcoming, allowing our daughter to take the wheel and steer the boat. A glorious way to spend a sunny morning in Plockton in October!

Highly recommend a trip out with Calum and his daughter...wouldn't have missed it for the world. Lots of blankets to keep us cosy, very comfortable and just the most exquisite setting.

Lovely hour spent on the loch , hosts very friendly and you get to see seals Only think to note the trips are seasonal finishing end of October . Also two different locations they start from depending on tides Recommended and good value at £11.50 with max 17 people on the boat.
