Visited this weekend - a couple of times. Lovely fire going and really friendly staff. Black Sheep Ale was on the hand pull which was a surprise. Would return for sure next time we're in town. Ideal for sport on screen too - darts on one, ice hockey on another, rugby on a third. Could see all three by way of the mirror over the fireplace and still looked like I was listening to my better half :)…

Had drinks only after all day in jedburgh, everyone was so friendly. Chatted with "wattie", one of the locals, he gave us a cd of some of the music he played, he was a fiddle player, very enjoyable cd.

Small and welcoming pub that welcomes dogs, has 2 real and but does not allow kids. Friendly locals and staff. No food but the Ale is good.
