You can either drive/walk up a road from the town to get here, or you can walk along the sea from the harbour/pier. There are gates saying that this walking path is closed due to falling rocks, but everyone was going around it and walking anyway. There were no issues I could see. It was so pretty at sunset. The beach is pebbles and not sand, but there are rock ledges flanking either side of the beach with ladders installed on them where you can swim off of. The beach isn't much, but I liked the rock swimming better, and it's a nice place to check out.

The beach is rocky, not a lot of space if crowded to put down towels on comfortable spots. It is worth going if you are in the area for multiple days. The water was beautiful for swimming 3rd week in October! All ages were there.

My girlfriend and I affectionately dubbed it “Zombie Beach”, because the bars and whatnot that used to be there are closed down and abandoned. BUT if all you want is to go for a swim it is a great spot. There is a stone beach for walking into the water or there is a concrete moor with step ladders to take you in the deeper end right away. The view is stunning. We enjoyed it and didn’t mind it being abandoned. The walk path along the coast is closed down, but you can still walk there (even though that wouldn’t be wise). There are safer ways to get to the beach.

We visited here on 13th September and everything was being dismantled even though there were quite a few people about. The bar was closed. There's hardly any beach it's rocky and more a case of swimming off the concrete. Also the walk around the cliff into Nafplio was closed because of the danger of falling rocks. Very disappointing. We did not stay.
