Have been coming here for over 20 years growing up, and go back whenever I'm around. It's big fun, and make sure to stock up on plenty of "wildfutter" (boxes of corn) to feed all the animals. Definitely great way for young children to see animals from up close and feed them.

Not many animals as described in Leaflets and can be stuck behind cars feeding animals for long time

This is a surprisingly nice place to visit with kids. The Lama's come begging for food at your car window and then you are allowed to get out an walk along them. We got to pet the young Lama's (extremely soft) and baby donkeys (unbelievably cute). Afterward we took a ride down the summer rodelbahn (which is a separate event)... More

This is a nice wild park that you can visit with the Car. You follow a track though the park, and can see loads of animals. They come close to the car so you can get a good look at the face of a Llama, or a Nandoe. The only downside was the small parking spots that where available on... More

What a wonderful time I had. I had a few hours to kill so I went by myself. What a great time I had. Took my time and made friends with a donkey! The animals are as wild as they can be and friendly as they can be. I was very surprised how skiddish many of the animals are to... More

The children loved climbing around the car, trying to get as close as possible to the animals beside it. Ape valley was a bit of a disappointment: had expected more apes. The playground at the end is truly fantastic. Very nice animal farm, huge jumping cushions, huge slide.

We were staying in Cochem and could see the high roller coaster from the castle so youngest begged to go. Unlike British theme parks this one is a whole lot cheaper, plus the queues were significantly shorter. There's a distinct lack of staff which may keep the costs down - and a lot of 'DIY' rides but we loved it.... More

Still nog sure what to make of this wildlife park. It has a good mix of local animals, however the majority of the animals is used to people feeding them which totally spoils it. Highlight was a pack of little piglets roaming around.

Massive drive through wildlife area where you can get up close and personal with a few of the residents. Be aware they can get pushy if you have food. I almost got a frenchy from a lama / alpaca.....! You can buy food in vending machines for them or bring bread. Stop at certain locations and pet a few. Would... More

An excellent opportunity to be amongst the animals at close quarters. The Monkey enclosure was fascinating. Allow plenty of time to drive and walk around. Ideal for Children of all ages
