Huge range of beers available if you make it all the way to their brewery down in the Languedoc region’s small town of Sommiers in southern France. They seem to source certified organic malt and adjuncts (wheat, etc.), but I can’t say for sure if that’s the case all the time – though it probably is ;) I happened to visit two years ago know nothing but style names about beers, and I feel like their line-up has vastly improved. A solid original line including a blonde, pale ale, blanche and variations, which I appreciated much more this time around. . On this trip I noticed and sampled some very impressive heavier and hoppier beers such as their weizenbock, wheat IPA, and a few other high abv (8-10%) IPAs. I also brought myself home (all the way to China!) an awesome looking, wax capped, cognac barrel aged, >13% abv treat. These guys have been doing it for almost 10 years and they know what they’re doing. Worth a visit for any beer geeks out there!
