Outstanding wine tasting and vineyard experience! We dropped in to Domaine De La Noblaie as they do not require reservations in advance. We were so pleasantly surprised to receive such an animated and knowledgeable vineyard guide who brought us down to the vines and led us through our tasting (in perfect English). We brought our 12 year old son with us and she graciously included him in the conversation and made it fun for him too. Highly recommend a visit to this picturesque winery where the passion of winemaking and story telling shines! It was a wonderful visit! Thank you!!

Some of the best red and white Chinon wines we have tasted. Highly recommended to us by an international wine expert and famous for its Chinon blanc. We had a wonderful visit in the midst of harvest. Hand harvested too! Personal attention in both French and English without being rushed. Cabernet Franc valley grape. They do not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides but instead use copper and sulphur and plant extracts. We recommend: 'Les Blancs Manteaux' (white) and 'Pierre de Turf' (red). A wonderful afternoon with friends in the beauty of the Loire Valley location of Chinon. We will absolutely be back to purchase more next year!

Despite the fact of major construction on the house, we enjoyed the tasting and the wine. the views are great but the best thing is that their library wines are only $2 more. We bot 2 2009 wines of the last great vintage for a song. In two years they will be prefect.... Wonderful hosts.

A warm welcome from Jerome and another excellent sampling session. Bought a case of each of his excellent wines - need I say more. A top grower who supplies the top UK wine merchant.

A beautiful setting south of Chinon - not a 'grand chateau' but a very friendly wine producer with a range of excellent Chinon wines; mainly red but also some white and sparkling. Our host was very welcoming and pleased to describe the wines and allow tastings of the different cuvees and vintages.
