We stayed at the Institute-very quiet peaceful place amongst the overpopulated Dharamshala which is very much a tourist town. This place is nice and well kept. The rooms are pretty, the people very nice and polite and helpful.

Visited this place as highly recommended by my hotel staff..loved the vibes of the institute..peaceful and ambience was really good..Shopping is expensive since its highly priced ..

Mini Tibet. Lot of artisans work on various Tiberian handi crafts. There is Budda temple. Norbulingka hotel in side the premises is very good and offers very good lodging and boarding facilities at reasonable prices.
