About Apex Shark Expeditions
Join Apex from Discovery Channel's Air Jaws series on a half day shark tour only 45 minutes from Cape Town city centre. Experience a morning or afternoon trip with only 12 guests maximum (the smallest group of any operator in South Africa) to see or cage dive with the sharks of Seal Island. Get up close and personal, view the sharks in their own watery environment from the safety of a cage - all this in one trip! We offer transfers from your hotel and same day land tours to the Cape Of Good Hope, Boulders Beach Penguin Colony and Constantia Winelands. We offer multi-day packages inclusive of airport/hotel transfers, accommodation and daily shark trips. We book Gansbaai and Mossel Bay shark cage diving trips and we can custom a package to suit your requirements. We book Kelp Forest and Cape Fur Seal Dives for snorkelers and scuba divers, inclusive of all dive gear. Enquire for the latest weather and shark sightings, and we'll advise you within 12 - 24 hours. Book Apex!

Thank you for the review and recognition of our team. This half day tour, so close to Cape Town allows for an add on land tour to either Boulders and Cape Point, or the Constantia Winelands. These trips include return transfers from your hotel and...More

Great experience on and outside of the boat. With 4 days with Apex I was able to Dive with Sharks each day. But it was the team making sure I had an enjoyable trip after the dives that made this above and beyond. Setting up...More

When you sign up for activities involved wild animals in wild locations you have to go with the expectation that you might see nothing and it isn't the fault of Apex that the sharks have largely disappeared from False Bay. Seeing no Great Whites is...More
