BeWILDerwood is a wild and imaginative adventure park with magical treehouses and hints of intriguing characters, bringing a curious difference to the Norfolk Broads. The setting for the book ‘A Boggle at BeWILDerwood’, by local children’s author Tom Blofeld, it’s a wonderful, mystical place. Parents are encouraged to play alongside their children, which makes for a fabulous and brilliantly exciting time for the whole family

Fantastic day out if you have younger children in your family. Best suits kids aged 3-8 with enough activities to fill the day. Stories, boat rides, fairies and an enchanted forest, what's not to love? Lattes for the adults were pretty good and not too badly priced. Personally I'd take a picnic if visiting at a warm time of year... More

What a wonderful place! Our group consisted of my parents, in their 70's, me and my sister, in our 40's and our daughters 9 & 15. It is rare to find somewhere that everyone can enjoy but Bewilderwood is so much fun. It unleashed the inner child in me an my sister and the tree top walks and maze were... More

We spent a day here at the very end of September and it was brilliant. Being end-of-season it was fairly quiet and there's loads to do, especially for young children. Lots of outdoor activities: things to climb up, swing on, balance on and sit inside! There is an open-air story-telling stage where the children get to join in and covered... More

We ent for our granddaughter's 2nd birthday. A group of 8 of us; 2 seniors, 2 mums, 4 children aged from 2 to 5. We had the perfect weather. Funny how the children will walk miles when they don't think they are going for a Walk! Beautiful setting. The downside was the cost. £80 is a lot of money for... More

A woodland playground with themes from the BeWILDerwood books. A boateide looking for Mildred the Crocklebog. Aerial walkways, treehouses, zip wires and mazes for kids to climb and crawl in. Denbuilding area, puppet shows, face painting and a lantern parade for halloween with lamps made in the craft area. A whole afternoon passed by very quickly with the children and adults... More

Lots of Halloween activities when we visited last week. We made spooky lanterns and had a lovely time exploring the various tree top walkways and slides. Got wonderfully lost in the maze !! Had short boat trip and enjoyed being 'scared' by the hidden crocodile. Food outlets ok but so many people queuing it took us 30 mins to get... More

We went with the three grandchildren on a dampish October day and they had great fun with zip wires, swings, maze, tree houses, story telling etc. Plus collecting chestnuts. On the other hand there are no indoor facilities (except toilet blocks) and eating is done in the open. It is quite hilly and mostly unpaved surfaces - it's a wood... More

Great fun to fill a few hours to let off some steam, boat trip with story telling the stage show was OK a bit over played at times but children loved it. Zip wires and slides were great fun not just for the little ones but myself too!! Mazes to have a little family competition. Disastrous on a wet day... More

My daughter and her two children, 10 and 8, spent the day and had a super time, apparently they loved the den building. We, grandparents and our niece, would have arrived mid-afternoon but due to all traffic only got there just before 5 p.m. We already had our tickets, but I thought it was bit mean to charge my niece... Enjoyed our visit to bewilderwood although it is a little dull after a few visits as everything is the same, i wouldn't say it is a full days activity, especially if the weather is poor.
