360 ski Bansko as per previous reviews had the best service of any hotel, restaurant, bar or any other establishment.
Great location, great hire gear and the guys running the place are super friendly. We very much enjoyed the banter they were giving us for rolling in every morning to grab our boards following the previous nights apres ski and beyond!
Don’t go anywhere see in Bansko to plan your ski holiday.

Shop adjacent was very busy and we had not pre-booked told they could not help us. Went into this shop which is smaller, although very busy we were acknowledged immediately, asked to wait and 5mins later the team set about fitting out the kids. Height, weight taken quickly and a selection of boots provided to try for comfort. Equipment was in good order and costs less than hiring at the main gondola. Went in to try a snowboardn on day 2, skis exchanged and a new board provided with no fuss. Would use them again.

This is the place to hire your snowboard & ski equipment.
All the staff were friendly and very helpful. It is straight across the road from the gondola and opens 30 minutes before the gondola which is perfect as the queue for the gondola at that time is not rediculous, we were there in February and the longest we waited after the doors opened at the gondola was 30 minutes. Instead of carting your gear around you can leave it at the shop which closes at 6pm giving plenty time to get off the mountain late and drop it back at the shop.
We booked online which was straightforward. When we arrived in Bansko we decided to be cheeky and pop into the shop to try and get fitted out a day early. Simon was more than happy for us to do this. So at 8am on the first day of our hire it was ready to go.
The service when it came to picking up and dropping off our equipment every day was so speedy and efficient.
We will definitely use 360 ski Bansko again. Why would you go anywhere else.

It's like we were the only people who had ever been. They talked to us like friends would, they laughed and joked with us, shared our experiences. The service was unbelievably good and patient at times as a couple of us needed to change equipment. Nothing was too much trouble. Service with a smile and personality. How it should be.

The team here are really helpful in sorting out all kinds of ski equipment. They were great in making sure it all fit and were happy to change any boots or skis during the trip. It's also opposite the gondola so you can pick up your equipment and head there quickly. They were also great in helping out with any other questions we had about our trip like good restaurants etc. Thanks for helping!

Team 360 Ski Bansko look after you exceptionally well and I should know as I've used them on 3 ski breaks to the resort over the past 14 months. Dimitar and the small team offer good quality equipment for hire at very reasonable prices. My last hire was of some advanced Volkl SC 160 RaceTiger skis which might mean nothing to some of you reading this review but I can assure you they were UNBEATABLE value and quality - the best skis I've hired over 30+ ski holidays I've been lucky enough to have been on. Keep up the good work Team 360 Bansko. If you're lucky they might even pour you a Glenfiddich to enjoy after a few hours on the slopes. Wonderful.

Me, my boyfriend and two friends used 360 ski to hire skis, boots and poles for 5 days from 3rd-7th February. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that we received. The kit that we hired was kept in good condition and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all taking the time to have a chat to us each day on collection and return of the kit and offering high fives and handshakes when leaving. They even helped me take my boots off when they could see me struggling after a tiring day on the slopes! Skiing is new to me so I decided to book some one to one lessons. My instructor Nicholi was very good- calm, patient and supportive. He not only taught me how to ski but also gave my confidence a big boost! I even managed to complete a blue run on my last day which I wouldn’t have been able to do without his training over the week. Location wise this shop is also perfect- you can see the gondola queue just across the road! Thank you to all of the team here for making my first ski holiday so memorable 😀

the instructors are very skilled and very professional.
they made sure we had the best time and answered any question we had on emails and even a WhatsApp call weeks before we even arrived.
all the rented equipment was in top shape and looked new.
the location is the nearest point to the gondola lift and it made the daily walk to the gondola easier with the ski boots on.
we will definitely return here!

Having skied in Bansko for the last 10 years, we've always opted to hire our ski equipment from Ski Point. On this occasion we decided to use 360 Ski Bansko, who were offering a competitive rate, and were not disappointed.
360 Ski Bansko were very welcoming, accommodated us by changing our equipment, and were always on hand to help. The store is also directly opposite the gondola, which is handy!
We will definitely be using 360 Ski Bansko on our future visits to the resort!!

What can I say about the 360 ski Bansko team? I got back home just a few hours ago but came on here to write a review because these guys absolutely deserve it. The service was second to none, they looked after us soo much given we were a party of 6 and majority of us being complete beginners to skiing. We arranged our lessons with the team and learned all about skiing from Ivor (I highly recommend him as a ski instructor). The team accomodated us when it came to providing the most comfortable fitting equipment and gear so we were able to make the most out of our ski experience. We had great conversation morning and post ski session as well as a few drinks. They were incredibly friendly, professional and just lovely humans to be around. Always smiling and welcoming and made everything so simple and took care of us. Please do use their services.
Ask them anything and they will help as much as they can.
